We offer a range of packages designed to help you get the most out of your family history. We aim to trace each line back to at least the early 1800′s.

You can help us get started by writing down the information you already know. If you would like a single direct family line researched, you can download the one direct family line form. If you would like more than one direct line researched, you can use the full family history form.

Do not worry if you only have a few details, we should still be able to work back from your starting point.

Once you have filled in what you know, you can either e-mail the form to info@ancestreeresearch.co.uk or print the form to hand over in person. Alternatively you can send the form, along with your contact details, by post to Ancestree Research, The Waterfront, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN40 1BN.

Package 1 – £95

One direct family line (e.g. your father, grandfather, great-grandfather etc. including siblings).

You will receive a folder containing a report on your direct ancestors including -

• Years and places of births, marriages and deaths
• Occupations
• Places of residence
• Three most relevant birth, marriage & death certificates (worth £9.25 each)
• Plus years and places of birth of siblings where possible

In addition the report also contains indexes of places and individuals, a timeline, copies of the census records and family trees.

Package 2 – £180

Two direct family lines. You will receive a folder containing a report on your direct ancestors including -

• Years and places of births, marriages and deaths
• Occupations
• Places of residence
• Six most relevant birth, marriage & death certificates (worth £9.25 each)
• Any interesting information revealed during the research will be explored further
• We will search for your ancestors in other records including military, travel and wills & probate
• Plus years and places of birth of siblings where possible

Package 3 – £345

Four direct family lines. You will receive a folder containing a report on your direct ancestors including -

• Years and places of births, marriages and deaths
• Occupations
• Places of residence
• Twelve most relevant birth, marriage & death certificates (worth £9.25 each)
• Any interesting information revealed during the research will be explored further
• We will search for your ancestors in other records including military, travel and wills & probate
• Plus years and places of birth of siblings where possible

Extras

If you wish to purchase any additional birth, marriage and death certificates these will be charged at £9.25, the current cost of certificates from the General Register Office.

Optionally we can include photographs of your family members (one per person). These can be scanned by us (or e-mailed to us by you) and placed in the report free of charge.

We will also be happy to discuss any additional requirements you may have, such as research into siblings families, research into a specific ancestor or tracing living relatives.

Please note

In some cases it may be necessary to purchase further copies of documents such as birth, marriage and death certificates in order to progress the research. We will always seek permission from you before ordering anything that will incur an additional charge.
